How to Request a Refund
1. Send an email to WeCare@Tonicology.com with your order details. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return. If you have any comments to to help us serve you better in the future, please let us know.
2. Once we receive your email, we will send you a return authorization number (RAN) and return shipping address.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, Please clearly mark your “RAN” on the outside of the package.
4. After we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method and may take up to 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost items during transit.
